MES Annual Boo Hoo Breakfast
Mr. Burgett, Superintendent and Mrs. Offutt, Assistant Principle, welcome parents and kindergarten students to Mayfield Elementary School’s annual Boo Hoo Breakfast. Students ate breakfast together, met their teacher and had a tour of their classroom.

Mayfield Elementary School is a beautiful, state-of-the-art school which serves children in preschool through fifth grades. We believe elementary school is based upon the idea that each child is always learning. We strive to inspire each student to develop a positive attitude toward school. Students in our care grow cognitively, emotionally, and socially. Our goal is to equip each student with a solid foundation for continuing education and to inspire a positive outlook toward future goals.

MES students and parents have the opportunity to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities. These activities include G/T, Academic Team, tutoring, Building Bridges/Breaking Barriers, cheerleading performance team, 4-H activities, drama, Family Resource activities, Walk for Ten, peer pals, senior reading buddies, student/parent nights, dribble with dad, tailgating for touchdowns, and MES newspaper, Cardinal Connection.

Mrs. Beverly Offutt, Ms. Heather Dublin, Assistant Principals, and I invite you to stop by and visit our school at any time.  We will be glad to walk through with you and/or answer any questions you might have.

Jeff Hill
Principal, Mayfield Elementary School
