Financial assistance for Mayfield students/families available through Tornado Relief Fund

The purpose of the Mayfield Independent Schools Tornado Relief Fund is to help the students and families of Mayfield Independent Schools recover from the devastating tornado.  

Applications are available at or at the Mayfield Board of Education office at 914 E. College Street, Mayfield. Completed applications must be returned to the Board of Education.

Financial contributions to the Mayfield Independent Schools Tornado Relief Fund will directly benefit Mayfield students and their families.  The funds are helping with housing, transportation, repairs, and many other necessities that can not wait.

There are a number of ways to donate directly to the fund. Visit any CFSB bank and ask to deposit money into the Mayfield Schools Donation Fund ending in 2253. Checks or money orders can also be mailed to CFSB Bank, PO Box 467, Benton, KY 42025. Note that the donation is for Mayfield Independent Schools Student/Family Fund. Current CFSB clients can call their branch to make a phone transfer or call 888-226-5669. Online, donors can visit or search for "Mayfield Schools Donation Fund" on Facebook.
