If you received the first Covid-19 shot at MMS on June 15th, you will need to go back to Mayfield Elementary School today and receive the second and final shot in the series. You can go anytime from 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM and someone will be available to assist you. If you have questions please call 270-247-3868 and ask for Gavin Thompson.
