The Lady Cards basketball team enjoyed a memorable boat tour at Lost River Cave while in Bowling Green for their Christmas tournament. With a great tour guide and plenty of fun, the girls were grateful for the opportunity to share a unique experience together.
The MHS varsity boys basketball team competed in a Christmas tournament over winter break, playing hard against strong competition. They earned key wins, faced tough losses, and came away stronger and more unified as a team.
MMS 7th and 8th grade Cultural Diversity team took a field trip to Bethel University for a tour of campus and watched an exciting basketball game.
Students in Ms. Krill’s upper-level Welding classes are redesigning and building metal storage racks while working in teams. Top blueprint designers serve as foremen, and students are learning to communicate across A/B schedule shift crews.
The MHS Lady Cards earned another hard-fought victory tonight, defeating the Carlisle County Lady Comets in an exciting overtime matchup. Their determination and teamwork paid off as they battled to secure the win.
MMS Cultural Diversity club went to MSU to participate in International Day. The students played cultural interactive games and listened to MSU students from different countries speak about their journey and culture.

Our EdRising trip was wonderful! Hunter Carr, our STATE President, did a fantastic job leading a session, and our Mayfield High School students competed with pride and professionalism—we couldn’t be prouder of them.
CPR training was a success, and Mr. Crofts’ class at MHS truly rose to the occasion. We’re grateful to Mr. Lindsey from the Mayfield Fire Department for leading the session and helping empower our kids with lifesaving knowledge. #SavingLives

Some 3rd and 4th graders joined Mrs. Martin’s Honors Biology class for a fun surface tension experiment using pennies and different liquids. With goggles on, they became young scientists—observing, analyzing, and discovering together!

Mrs. Croft's pink block rotation got to enjoy “Taco Tuesday” with Mrs. Beth today! They loved her read-aloud and all the fun activities she planned for them. We are so thankful for everything she does for our classroom and the students at MES!
MHS students attended sessions on a variety of leadership topics and had the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other student leaders from across the region. It was a fantastic day filled with learning, growth, and inspiration.
