Mayfield Independent School District believes technology can be a powerful tool for learning.  We also believe in order to prepare our students for the "digital world" they live in, exposing them to a variety of technologies is essential to teach them the skills they will need.  We stand behind the fact that technology is only a tool, and like every other tool we use on a daily basis, using it safely is the first lesson that must be learned.  We strive to ensure all our faculty, staff and students know how to use digital resources safely, responsibly, effectively and efficiently.

 

The classrooms in our schools are equipped with modern technology that can assist in teaching and learning whether it be visually, auditorily, by reading/writing or kinesthetically. Each classroom has a SMART MX-075-V2 interactive panel with the full SMART Learning Suite and a teacher workstation.  All students have Chromebooks grades K-12.
